RT @alex_burness: Colorado legislature has sent the gov a bill to require bond hearings within 48 hours. A big deal because some (pretrial, unconvicted) folks sit in jail a week or more before even seeing a judge. The policy has come a long way — unpassable not long ago, today a 30-5 Senate vote.
