RT @CoriBush: It was clear to people living paycheck to paycheck and those who've gone without health insurance that we needed Medicare for All before the pandemic hit. It should be clear to everyone now. Today, I joined @PramilaJayapal in reintroducing Medicare For All. This can't wait.
RT @yuhline: My wish is for everyone to see and humanize these women. They were working so hard to survive and provide for their families and loved ones. They were someone’s mother or aunt or daughter or niece....and loved. It breaks me that we have to ask for others to see us as human.
@HariZiyad If you sincerely think a police officer in 1995, when I was a child, said “everybody in town knew I was mixed,” is a part of my long con, then I don’t have much else I could say. My life story isn’t even that unique. The lies about it are a very modern creation.

@HariZiyad I have never said that. Ever. I said I don’t know the man personally - not that I don’t know who he is. I’ve known that for 30 years. Have met my whole family and spoken to them. Half of my hometown knows this. It was in the open my whole childhood.
Never, once on God's earth, from the start of the Black Lives Matter Movement until this very moment, has a single family or person ever said I raised a penny for them that I kept. It has literally never happened. Or almost happened. Or kind of happened. Complete lies. https://t.co/q9lDxXAQT6
Last year, a firm did a study that found that for over 500 different people on Twitter, the single most shared tweet they ever wrote, was a negative tweet about me. Most weren't critiques, but lies. Since those tweets are popular, they keep sharing them. It's addictive.
@HariZiyad You literally don't know a single thing about my dear mother, who I love with all of my heart, and who she was with in 1978, and the conditions of my birth, and life. That you pretend you know, because it gets you clicks, is disgusting.
You can disagree with me. You can even hate me. But when you say that I have EVER stolen or spent or kept a single penny raised for a family in this movement, you are lying. It’s shameful. You can make it sound funny, but not one family has ever even said such a thing. EVER.
Disgusting lies about me, my mother, my birth, my life, and my story. Shameful. These lies were literally created by Brietbart and Milo and Steve Bannon. But now they aren’t needed, because our own people share them. It’s sad. https://t.co/7wGrZHDrAZ
