RT @Taniel: McConnell kept a SCOTUS seat vacant for more than a year. Now he is blocking Dems from running the Senate & so much as have the committee chairs. It's been days. But would he stop given that precedent, for as long as Manchin & other 'institutionalist' Senate Dems let him?
