RT @MarkLevineNYC: Almost impossible to get through to either the NY City or State phone lines for scheduling a vaccine appt. Systems seem to be overwhelmed. Need to add phone staffing capacity asap. There are huge #'s of NYers, especially seniors, who aren't able to navigate scheduling online.
