I expect Joe Biden to exceed expectations tonight. He struggles sometimes in TV interviews, but he doesn’t struggle in debates. I expected (and hoped) he would bomb against Bernie. He didn’t. He was sharp, confident, and hard to pin down. He’s a good debater.
