RT @DrRJKavanagh: On April 7, Ohio reported just 14 cases of COVID-19 in its prison system. By April 19, there were 2,400 cases. Six incarcerated people and one guard had died. More than 3/4 of the 2,500 people incarcerated at Marion County Prison were infected. MDOC needs to start testing now.
